If staff are busy when a call arrives callers can be queued by PhonePresence. Music on hold is provided and the caller has the option to leave voicemail after a preset interval.
Reassurance messages and queue position can increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Callers can then be transferred to staff in accordance with pre-determined distribution patterns that ensure enquiry handling efficiency. Calls can be distributed according to availability, to spread the load, or to match a skill set.
