Call Transfer
PhonePresence simplifies call transfer to another staff member by offering a list of personnel or departments just as the original caller had initially. A list of valid extensions is automatically created as PhonePresence knows who is logged into the system.
Transfer can be both blind (hanging up before transfer) and supervised (speaking to the person accepting the transfer).
The transfer procedure is exactly the same whether the call has been answered on a landline, mobile or VoIP phone.
