Terms and Conditions

	Numbers allocated will remain the property of X-on.
	Numbers may be reallocated and accounts closed if less than 5 inbound calls (classed as calls exceeding 1 minute in length) are received in any calendar month. Account holders will be automatically notified that this has happened by email at the address held in the account.
	Numbers cannot be guaranteed to be re-available subsequent to account closure.
	X-on reserves the right to cease services without notice if it has grounds to believe that they are being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
	Voice services are allocated a maximum of 30 concurrent calls per number without prior arrangement.
	PhonepayPlus have regulated that services using an 0871 number must inform callers of the tariff where the number is advertised.
