TeleConferencing is the ability to link a multitude of callers into one call, providing the ideal mechanism for conducting virtual meetings and company update sessions. Callers can be located anywhere in the UK and can use landlines, mobiles and even VoIP phones to be linked into the phone conversation.
The PhonePresence phone conference service can be offered via 0871 and/or 0844 non-geographic phone numbers with access to the conference granted via a PIN Number for subscribers and customers.
TeleConferencing allows business to conduct meetings, training sessions, investor updates, crisis management, customer updates and staff announcements without the usual difficulties involved in organizing a meeting such as the venue, catering, travel arrangements etc. Anyone attending the meeting can do so without having to allow for travel thereby saving on time and costs.
Dial-out and SMS Invitation to your Phone Conference
Last minute meetings are no problem with PhonePresence able to dial all conference attendees and/or send out SMS invitations to the conference. Callers can be 'listen only' which is useful for invited members of the press attending a company shareholder meeting for example. Private conversations and messaging within the conference, plus web attendance and web listings of participants are also options.
Recording the Phone Conference
Recording the conference for reference and archival purposes can be useful when composing a subsequent report, or to provide pointers in further product development, or in staff training.
Distribution of CD copies of the conference to attendees can initiate further discussion in sales strategies or marketing campaigns with continued use of a recording maximizing the benefits of the phone conference.
Voicebank Noticeboard Integration
A Voicebank Noticeboard service can be integrated into a TeleConference, initially advising of the conference, and subsequently for retrieval of the conference recording.
Voicebank dial-in noticeboard allows messages to be posted by password controlled personnel which staff, customers and the public can access via an advertised phone number.
