On signing up for PhonePresence, you can choose what sort of phone number to give your callers. FreePhone numbers cost the caller nothing, though you will have to pay for the cost of their call. Another approach is 0844 which is a 'Lo-call' number costing about the same as a national rate call and revenue neutral to you.

0871 numbers involve a cost to the caller, but can generate additional revenue for your business. If you are receiving a lot of calls from abroad, a +44 207 number is a good choice since it is guaranteed to be accessible from overseas.
