X-on Outsourced Call Handling
X-on is a provider of outsourced call handling solutions, largely inbound. Products include a virtual switchboard aimed at SME's (PhonePresence), and bespoke and call centre solutions adopted by a range of corporate clients.
We support a broad feature set, incorporating group distribution, call queuing, IVR, SMS integration, call recording, web administration etc.
The products are aimed at the business rather than domestic marketplace. Currently we deliver traffic by SIP as well as our TDM Interconnect, but we are finding an increasing market demand to be able to integrate with VOIP Providers.

The Automated Support System informs our clients on progress of their support queries, an email being issued at the various stages of the investigation into their enquiry.

The Support Web Page logs support issues directly into our database for the attention of the Support Team, saving time and speeding up the resolution of an enquiry. |
